Telephone Exchanges

Switchboard systems are communication systems that enable the communication between subscribers and users in telephone networks and the automatic routing of incoming and outgoing calls.

Telephone / Switchboard systems products; smart home systems, lighting, security camera systems, access control systems, rack cabinets, sound and emergency announcement systems, TV / satellite systems, fire alarm systems and structural cabling products are included in weak current systems.

What is Telephone / Switchboard System?
Switchboard systems are communication systems that enable the communication between subscribers and users in telephone networks and the automatic routing of incoming and outgoing calls. In this respect, it has an important place in weak current systems. Switchboard systems, together with today's developing technology, in addition to directing incoming and outgoing call traffic; The Video Telephone is able to perform additional operations such as Voicemail (Voicemail) and Interactive Voice Reply (IVR).

Switchboard systems not only enable businesses to establish an easy and high quality communication network, but also reduce communication costs. The power plant system to be established should be selected by calculating the current and future needs of the enterprise. Switchboard systems with a modular structure, on the other hand, according to the needs of the enterprises; It can be created from IP phone, Videophone, WiFi phone, VoIP supported mobile phones, IP DECT and analog sets. Businesses with more than one location can communicate using these systems.

Telephone Exchange Types
Telephone exchanges were operated manually in the first days of their production. The person who wanted to make a call first connected to the operator and then said the number he wanted to reach. The operator was also manually directing the caller to the number he wanted to call. Today's telephone exchanges perform this line routing automatically.

Today; Three types of switchboard systems are used: Analog Switchboard, IP Switchboard and Digital (Digital) Switchboard.

Analog Switchboards are telephone exchange systems that provide communication through cables connected to a center. These systems are generally preferred in small and medium-sized businesses. Analog switchboards; automatic line waiting, automatic system control, call restriction, direct access to the user, external call forwarding, automatic line opening, night service, parallel operators, reporting system parameters, providing external line - domestic line connection in case of power failure, remote programming, serial call transfer, MF/DP calling
and fax forwarding.

In addition to being much more technological than the Analog Switchboard systems, the IP Switchboard has a much lower cost than the Analog Switchboard systems used today. In IP Switchboard systems; Communication data such as audio and video are transmitted over the network (network) with the IP protocol. Since IP Switchboard systems are software-based; It can be easily integrated with communication technologies such as the internet and computer. In IP Switchboard systems; Video calls and teleconferences (multiple people talking in the same call) can be made.

Digital (Digital) Switchboard generally; They are systems used for internal communication in places such as hotels, hospitals, factories, commercial enterprises and public institutions.
